Night auditor receptionists are responsible for front desk reception duties at hotels during the night. They may also handle administrative or financial tasks, in addition to attending to the needs of customers that may arise overnight.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- night audit
- check-in late arrivals
- check-out early departures
- rounds to check safety, close doors & windows
- keep the peace at night
- make reservations
