We are looking for several full-time Technical Operators to work in  2 shifts.

Job description:
You ensure that our machines run smoothly. You supply and remove material, from and to the machine, and you check the quality and quantity of the materials. You then set up the machines (digitally) so that the operations are performed on the product. You are also responsible for additional activities, such as daily and periodic cleaning and keeping the machines and the immediate working environment clean. As far as you can, perform regular periodic and preventive maintenance. You identify deviations in the process and, in consultation with your immediate supervisor, you call in a technical service employee or third parties in a timely manner to prevent or resolve malfunctions. If at any time you have insufficient work, you support your colleague production employees with general production work.

The ideal candidate:
- Has MBO level, supplemented with professional training (such as lifting certificate and forklift certificate)
- Has several years of experience with production activities, supplemented with at least one year in a similar position as operator
- Is eager to learn; to be able to properly fulfill this position with us, you will be trained for about 6 months on operating the machines, and about 3 months for checking the end result and performing daily and periodic maintenance
- Is analytical and can work independently
- Is aware of the safety regulations in the workplace and acts consciously accordingly
- Knows how to find solutions independently in the event of (disruptions) in the production process
