Together with your team, you will be responsible for receiving frozen, chilled, and
non-food goods and delivering them to production at the right times. You will work
alongside a fellow working foreman to support and coordinate the tasks within your
shift according to the planning and orders. In addition to leading and coordinating,
you will primarily perform tasks from a forklift. These tasks take place both indoors
and outdoors.
Your responsibilities include:
 Unloading trucks, checking goods, storing them, and preparing them for
production. Everything perfectly aligned with the planning and orders.
 Accurately registering the flow of goods in the systems and performing simple
administrative tasks.
 Independently solving simple problems.
 Informing your team leader of any deviations in terms of quality and food
safety.
 Ensuring that the internal transport equipment in your department is in good
condition. You ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
 Providing operational guidance and support to your team. As a role model,
you ensure that everyone adheres to legal and company regulations
regarding working conditions, quality, safety, environment, and well-being.
The team consists of about 25 FTEs, of which you will supervise approximately 5 to
15. It is a diverse and friendly team that is constantly developing.
You work in a 2-shift system, with working hours between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM or
between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Salary is around 550 netto per week
