This is a dynamic position that requires logical thinking, creative approach, good organisational skills. Some of the duties are:
● Solving first-line production malfunctions;
● Adjusting machines for optimum efficiency;
● Responsible for correct registration of input raw materials on the correct line;
● Having an overview of the orders that need to be produced;
● Administration of quality documents;
● Achieving optimum cutting performance and the lowest possible giveaway;
● Communication towards responsible cutting team and quality department;
● Managing, supervising and first point of contact for employees on the line;
● Noting deviations in raw materials and (end) products and informing the quality department;
● Keeping the production environment organized and tidy;
● Informing the production management of major deviations or other issues that affect production;
● Thinking along to improve production efficiency;
● Identifying and explaining deviations from the production performance to the production management;
● Cleaning at end of production shift;
● Contribute to Food Safety & Quality Culture.
You will work in a 2 shifts: 05.00 – 14:00/15:30 and 14.30 – 00.15/00.30.
The right candidate is between 28 and 45 years of age and has experience in relative position. Younger or older is also possible, but the candidate has to be physical fit. They have to stand/walk 8 hours per day.
