Are you in search of a challenging role where your welding skills shine, and you make a crucial contribution to the energy transition? Read on, because at this company you'll find not just a job but a mission! Discover how your skills and ambition come together in an environment where you can develop into a Welding operator.

What are you going to do?
As a Welding Operator you play a crucial role in the production process. You manage the machines and inspect steel plates, some as long as 27 meters, which are welded into long plates that are eventually rolled into casings. The company is one of the largest manufacturers of steel tubes (up to 2,000 tons) for offshore wind turbines. Within our close-knit and dedicated team, you can make a difference.
As a Welding Operator, you create welding connections using semi-automatic welding machines, following the relevant welding procedures (WPS) meticulously.
You are responsible for correctly setting up and operating the machines.
Regular maintenance of production machines and other equipment is part of your duties, ensuring optimal equipment functionality.
Ensuring the quality of welded casings is a crucial task. You conduct checks and tests at the front end of production to ensure the program applies the correct operations. This ensures that the massive steel foundations meet required specifications and the highest quality standards. Additionally, you report production data and maintain relevant documentation.
Safety is a top priority in our production process. You ensure that all tasks are performed correctly according to regulations and guidelines. You remain alert for potential hazards and take measures to minimize risks.
