JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Scaffold Assembly and Dismantling
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures on industrial sites following technical drawings, safety regulations, and project specifications. Work with various systems such as tube & clamp, Layher, or Cuplock.
 
Material Handling and Preparation
Select, transport, and organize scaffolding components (tubes, couplers, boards, etc.) ensuring they are in good condition and suitable for the required structure.
Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards
Follow all industry safety guidelines, client requirements, and internal procedures. Use appropriate fall protection and personal protective equipment at all times.
 
Working at Heights
Confidently perform tasks at various heights in a safe and controlled manner. Proper use of harnesses, ladders, and anchoring systems is essential.
Team Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with other scaffolders, supervisors, and trades to complete scaffolding work efficiently and on schedule. 
Report any issues or hazards immediately.
 
Inspection and Maintenance
Conduct regular checks of erected scaffolding for stability, alignment, and safety compliance. Ensure any damaged or unsafe components are repaired or replaced.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
You speak and write English fluently.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools with a focus on safety.
Familiar with industrial safety practices and procedures.
Able to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality in every task.
You are self-confident and perform well under pressure.
You have a valid driving license.
Experience as scaffolder +2/3 years.
 
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
An excellent salary according to the CAO of the position (Scaffolder DNV-A  550 – 600 euro Scaffolder DNV-B 5-10 years of experience 600 – 670 euro)
Temporary with the possibility of extension (to a permanent employment).
Training (partly on the job) with our client.
