JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Industrial Insulator to join our team for ongoing industrial projects.
 
Main responsibilities include Installation of insulation
 
Materials: Apply various types of insulation, such as mineral wool, foam, or fiberglass, to pipes, tanks, boilers, ducts, and other industrial equipment to prevent heat loss, condensation, or noise transmission.
 
Measuring and cutting insulation: Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas according to project specifications, using templates, measuring devices, and hand tools.
 
Compliance with safety and quality standards: Ensure that all insulation work complies with industry safety guidelines, client specifications, and internal quality standards. Proper use of protective equipment and adherence to safe work practices is essential.
 
Use of hand and power tools: Work efficiently with a variety of tools (cutters, knives, insulation staplers, etc.) to install, secure, and finish the insulation layers properly.
 
Inspection and quality check: Perform thorough inspections after installation to check for any gaps, damage, or defects in the insulation. Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure full coverage and performance.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience with industrial insulation tasks.
You speak and write English fluently.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools with a focus on safety.
Familiar with industrial safety practices and procedures.
Able to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality in every task.
You are self-confident and perform well under pressure.
You have a valid driving license.
You are willing to move to the Netherlands.
VCA basic.
