Truck Mechanic
As a Truck Mechanic, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of trucks. You perform diagnostics, resolve technical faults, carry out periodic inspections, and ensure that our vehicles are safe and reliable on the road.
In addition to maintenance and repairs, you also work on building and preparing new trucks for delivery. Based on customer requirements, you equip vehicles with accessories such as lighting, camera systems, and air horns.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintenance and repair of Scania trucks and other brands
-Performing diagnostics using modern tools (including SDP3)
-Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
-Preparing and carrying out inspections and APK checks (if certified)
-Contributing ideas to improve work processes
What We Expect From You
-Completed MBO-level education in Automotive Engineering, Mobility, or a similar field
-Proven experience as a truck mechanic (required)
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Driving license B (license C is a plus)
-Interest in Scania vehicles
-Good command of Dutch or English
