For a residential construction (woningbouw) project in Helmond, we are looking for an experienced Foreman Concrete Carpenter.
 
Responsibilities:
Laying wide plates (breedplaten)
Installing balconies and edge beams
Pouring and finishing concrete
Coordinating and supervising the team on site
 
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential concrete projects
Experience with wide plates, balconies, and edge beams
Leadership skills
Own car (mandatory)
