As a glazier, you are responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing glass in homes and commercial buildings. You work with various types of glass and ensure that windows and frames are safe, neat, and properly finished.
 
Your daily tasks consist of:
• Measuring frames and cutting or ordering glass to size.
• Installing and replacing various types of glass, such as insulating glass (HR++ or double glazing).
• Repairing broken or damaged panes, for example after storm damage or a burglary.
• Finishing windows with sealant, glazing beads, and rubber profiles to ensure they are wind and watertight.
• Advising customers on different types of glass, such as safety glass, solar control glass, or sound-insulating glass. What we offer:
