Our customer is a supplier of lightweight and customer-specific composites (carbon and glass fiber reinforced plastic). These composites are used for various purposes. Within this company, for example, entire sides of buses are produced, but also the tables that you lie on as a patient when you receive an MRI scan.
Job description:
We are looking for operators in the department where the tables for the X-ray machines are produced. As an operator you are responsible for the entire production process.
Much of the work is done by hand, the composite is built up layer by layer. You cut/cut, shape and fold the material. When this process is finished, it is placed in a mold and placed in the machine. Here the product is given a resin that eventually hardens.
The edges are then neatly processed and the product is given a coating.
You work with glass and carbon fabric cloth, foam cores, resin mixture (chemicals) and spray adhesive. Personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, gloves and sometimes respiratory protection are mandatory during the work. These are provided by the employer, as well as safety shoes and work clothing. Do you have no knowledge and experience of composite yet? No problem!

Job requirements:

- You speak good Dutch or English;
- You have a driving license;
- You are available full time;
- You are motivated and willing to learn! If you do not yet have knowledge and experience of composite, we will train you internally to teach you all the tricks of the trade.
