T-standard is our guideline for the use of Tjobs.eu and is the quality of service that we want to provide to our users. Tjobs.eu has been built with our team of service consultants since 2009.

Definitions and preliminairy to our (online) services:
“Tjobs.eu” meaning Tjobs Europe BV, a company registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with registration number 65033558; “Customer” the entity as registered on Tjobs.eu as the company that employs candidates; “Recruiter” meaning the individual employed by the Customer, with an assigned recruiter account on Tjobs.eu; “Employment” means any contract under which the Candidate agrees to provide services to or for the Customer or at or under the Customers’ direction whether full-time or part-time, and whether under a contract of service or for services, or under an agency, licensee, franchise, commission only, or otherwise. “Employ” and Employed” shall be construed accordingly; “Exclusive Access” or “EA” means the online service delivered by Tjobs.eu for recruiters to access Tjobs.eu and to use the services; “Social Media Project” or “SMP” means the service delivered by the Tjobs.eu to promote a recruiter's’ job opening on social media; “Basic Candidate” means the service of screening candidates that match your Job-Post in order to become ReadyToWork Candidates; “ReadyToWork candidate” or “RTW” means any Candidate who is referred or about whom contact details are supplied to the Customer; “Form a Team” means the service of matching candidates to other candidates that indicated they are willing for form a team; “Referral” means the referral of a Candidate or the provision of any information about the Candidate to the Customer by Tjobs.eu; “Job-Post” means a job description for each employment opportunity provided by the Customer to Tjobs.eu; “Status” meaning the qualification given to the RTW candidate by the Recruiter or Customer on the profile of the candidate; “Fee” meaning the fee to be paid by the Customer to the Tjobs.eu as agreed in our offer and in accordance with the T-standard; “T-standard” means these terms and conditions set out below which shall govern the (online) services provided to the Customer.
1. Tjobs.eu shall provide the Services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Companies must set up an account with Tjobs.eu to get access to the Services. The Services do not constitute an offer by Tjobs.eu, and Tjobs.eu reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse to offer the Services to any Company. 2. A legally binding contract between Tjobs.eu and the Company comprising these Terms & Services and the Order Confirmation will come into effect when (i) in the case of online orders, the screen confirming successful purchase of Services appears on the Website or (ii) in the case of orders via the Tjobs.eu sales team, Tjobs.eu has received the Company's completed Order Confirmation. The Company acknowledges that such contract is conditional upon the Company passing the Tjobs.eu credit checking process. 3. Tjobs.eu shall perform the Services using information and criteria supplied by the Company. It is the Company's responsibility to provide accurate and up to date information. 4. The Company undertakes not to submit for inclusion in any job posting, the contact details and it's Recruiter Profile, or anything to appear on the Website, any material which is illegal, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, violent, discriminatory, obscene or sexually explicit or which may adversely affect Tjobs.eu or the reputation of Tjobs.eu 5. For any of the Services paid, Tjobs.eu shall issue an invoice to the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall remain liable for payment of all agreed Tjobs.eu Services notwithstanding such Services have been suspended or terminated. 6. The payments shall be subject to these terms and conditions. 7. Tjobs.eu may, in its sole and absolute discretion, add to, modify or discontinue any of the Services from time to time. However, this will not affect any Order Confirmation agreed prior to any change or withdrawal of the relevant Service. 8. Tjobs.eu reserves the right to change the Fees and these Terms & Conditions, provided that no change shall be retrospective. 9. Without prejudice to any other remedy, Tjobs.eu may terminate the Company's account and any or all contracts and Services with immediate effect in the event of material or persistent breach of these Terms by the Company or if Tjobs.eu has reasonable grounds to believe that the Company cannot or will not pay its debts. 10. Tjobs.eu reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to close any account at any time without reason. Examples of accounts that may be closed include, but are not limited to: 10.1. Companies who have not provided full or accurate contact or company information. 10.2. Companies that Tjobs.eu considers to be acting inappropriately or illegally. 10.3. Companies that use the Website to advertise other websites, services, businesses and/or business opportunities in any part of the job vacancy or on any part of the site, other than those permitted. 10.4. Companies who fail the credit checking process, or who default on payment. 10.5 Companies that are using the Services unreasonably, as considered by Tjobs.eu. 11. The Company agrees to use the Website and the Services in "good faith" i.e. to post authentic, impartial and unique jobs of reasonable quality, which provide both adequate and accurate job details. The Company also agrees that any abuse of the Services, Website or these Terms can result in the Company's access to the Services being removed, and its account terminated. 12. All intellectual property rights connected with the Services and/or the Website shall remain vested in Tjobs.eu or any third party from whom such rights are licensed. The Company shall not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, distribute or in any way commercially exploit any material which is subject to any such intellectual property rights. 13. Tjobs.eu cannot guarantee that (i) the Website and/or the Services will be available at all times; (ii) the Website will be free from errors, viruses and/or other harmful applications; and (iii) the Services will generate any applications, responses or results. Tjobs.eu shall not be in breach of these Terms if events beyond its reasonable control prevent Tjobs.eu from performing the Services. It is the Company's responsibility to protect their computers against any viruses and malware. 14. These Terms and, where appropriate, the Order Confirmation contain the entire agreement and understanding between Tjobs.eu and the Company. The Company acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation made by Tjobs.eu in entering this contract, however, nothing in this clause shall exclude any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all terms implied by law or statute are excluded. 15. In the event that the Company makes a claim against Tjobs.eu for whatever reason, the liability (if any) of Tjobs.eu shall not exceed the price paid or to be paid by the Company for the Services. Under no circumstances shall Tjobs.eu be liable for any consequential, indirect or special losses arising or for any loss of profits, revenue, interest, goodwill, business and/or savings (whether direct or indirect). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude the liability of Tjobs.eu for death or personal injury by negligence or any other liability which cannot by law be excluded. 16. If any clause or part of a clause is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses or parts. 17. Notices to Tjobs.eu shall be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and notices to the Company shall be sent by email to the address supplied on set up of the Company's account. 18. From time to time Tjobs.eu will contact Companys in order to evaluate the service they receive and also to promote Services and products. Tjobs.eu monitors the quality of vacancies from time to time in order to provide a better service to candidates. 19. The Company undertakes not to solicit, or endeavor to solicit, for employment or engagement with itself or any associated company or organization, any employee of Tjobs.eu or of any member of the Tjobs.eu Group. Breach of this clause shall be a material breach and will entitle Tjobs.eu, without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, to terminate the Company's account and Services immediately. The Company will not be entitled to bring any claim or legal proceedings in respect of any refund or other repayment, arising, 3 years after the date on which entitlement to such refund or repayment arose. For the avoidance of doubt, the Website terms and conditions apply in addition to the above Terms & Conditions. 20. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Dutch law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zutphen (Gelderland, the Netherlands).
Profile search - Job Postings
1. By submitting a vacancy to the Website, the Company is authorizing Tjob.eu to post such vacancy and submit candidates ranked by Tjobs.eu in accordance with the Company's criteria (if any). 2. The Company is responsible for the content of the vacancy and will indemnify Tjobs.eu against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage ("Losses") in connection therewith. 3. The Company shall include in the job description all the information required by the Dutch applicable law or the national/international law (subject to its legal residence) and at least the following information: 3.1. Any qualifications and/or authorization required by law or any or by any relevant professional body. 3.2. If the rate of pay is included, the job description must also include the nature of the work, the location, minimum experience, training and/or qualifications required in order for an applicant to receive such rate of pay. 3.3. Applicants' responses will be notified by Tjobs.eu through e-mail subject to any filtering and ranking. The Company is responsible for verifying the information contained in applicants' responses and Tjobs.eu accepts no responsibility for the content of any such application. In particular, but without limitation, the Company is responsible for verifying the applicant's identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications and authorization required by the Company, by law or by any relevant professional body for the vacancy. 3.4. All and any subsequent dealings between the Company and any applicant in connection with the applicants' response to the job posting are the responsibility of the Company, and Tjobs.eu accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Company will indemnify Tjobs.eu against any Losses in connection therewith. 3.5. The Company will comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation: the General Data Protection Act, Equality, and protection of the European citizens working abroad. By submitting a vacancy to the Website, the Company thereby confirms that the content of the vacancy complies with the relevant Equality and Human Rights regulations. The Company shall indemnify Tjobs.eu against any Losses in connection therewith. 3.6. The Company, if an employment agency will comply with the provisions of the Law and/or any other relevant regulation ("the Regulations") in relation to all vacancies posted on the website of Tjobs.eu, communications with applicants and management of applicants' details. The Company shall indemnify Tjobs.eu against any Losses in connection therewith. 3.7. The Company shall not post any vacancy where: 1. there is a risk to the health and safety of any applicant at the location where the work is to be performed, unless the Company undertakes to inform the candidates of such risks and the steps taken to prevent or control such risks, or 2. the role involves working with vulnerable persons, including without limitation persons under the age of 18 or persons in need of care and attention by reason of old age, infirmity or any other circumstances, unless the Company undertakes, in respect of the candidate to be placed, (i) to obtain copies of any relevant qualifications or authorization of the candidate; (ii) to obtain two references from persons who are not relatives of the candidate; and (iii) to take all other reasonably practicable steps, including without limitation complying with all relevant laws, codes of practices and guidelines issued by relevant authorities, to confirm that the candidate is not unsuitable for the position concerned. 3.8. The Company accepts responsibility for any detriment which it may suffer or incur in respect of the engagement of an applicant and shall hold Tjobs.eu harmless against any Losses in connection therewith. The Company shall use all reasonable endeavors to ascertain that it will not be detrimental to the interests of the applicant it intends to engage (if any) to work for the Company in the vacancy posted. 3.9. Tjobs.eu reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any vacancy at any time without reason. Examples of vacancies that may be removed include, but are not limited to: those that Tjobs.eu considers illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent those that directly or indirectly require or ask for application or registration fees those that advertise franchise, pyramid, network marketing or get-rich-quick schemes those that have been indiscriminately posted or duplicated across multiple sectors those that advertise websites, services, businesses, business opportunities and/or contact details. those of Companies who solicit staff from any member of the Tjobs.eu Group 3.10. For the avoidance of doubt, Social Media Promotion fees are not refunded. 3.11. Free job postings under the Free Trial are allocated to the Company as a (corporate) recruiter, rather than to individual users or end user customers and can be created on company email accounts only. 3.12. The Company shall not resell job postings without the express permission of Tjobs.eu. 3.13. Profile search access can only be used for recruitment purposes. Using Profile Search for the purposes of marketing or direct selling to candidates is prohibited, and will result in the suspension of the account.
Exclusive Access (EA)
With EA, the Company gets Premium jobs posting on Tjobs.eu. Also, EA includes Profile Update Requests sent to individual candidate users. All the benefits are available during the Subscription period depending on the type of subscription chosen. EA includes one Social Media Promotion per month, for which you shall be invoiced during the term of your EA Subscription. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates). You authorize us to continue billing your payment method even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your service (like subscriptions) and to facilitate easy payment for new services. You must pay us for applicable fees and taxes unless you cancel EA, in which case you agree to still pay these fees through the end of the applicable subscription period. You can, at any time, cancel your EA from your Settings area in your account. Taxes are calculated based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase. For the services paid, you will get a copy of your pro forma invoice and the fiscal invoice (which is also the proof of payment) through your account Settings and with the email you have registered. For EA to be activated, Tjobs.eu received a signed processor agreement and the contact details from the Data Protection Officer of the Company.
Understanding your rights and responsibilities as a Tjobs.eu user
Terms and conditions of Use
1. Use of Tjobs.eu Content
The contents of the Tjobs.eu Sites, such as designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files and other Tjobs.eu content (collectively, " Tjobs.eu Content"), are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. All Tjobs.eu Content is the property of Tjobs.eu or its licensors. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Tjobs.eu Sites is the exclusive property of Tjobs.eu and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the Tjobs.eu Content may violate these laws and/or applicable communications regulations and statutes, and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Tjobs.eu Content on any authorized copy You make of the Tjobs.eu Content. Any code that Tjobs.eu creates to generate or display any Tjobs.eu Content or the pages making up any Tjobs.eu Site is also protected by Tjobs.eu copyright and You may not copy or adapt such code. You agree not to sell or modify the Tjobs.eu Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Tjobs.eu Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of the Tjobs.eu Sites, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits Tjobs.eu or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of Tjobs.eu or its licensors property, or that otherwise infringes Tjobs.eu or its licensor's intellectual property rights. You further agree to in no other way misuse Tjobs.eu Content. Any code that Tjobs.eu creates to generate or display any Tjobs.eu Content or the pages making up any Application or Service is also protected by Tjobs.eu copyright and you may not copy or adapt such code.

3. Additional Terms Applicable to Registered Recruiters
The Company is solely responsible for their postings on Tjobs.eu Sites. Tjobs.eu is not to be considered to be an agency with respect to Your use of any Tjobs.eu Sites and Tjobs.eu shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any Tjobs.eu Sites. You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your Company's account or Your agency account is terminated, all Your account information from Tjobs.eu, including profiles uploaded as private network contacts will be marked as deleted in Tjobs.eu databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Tjobs.eu web servers. In order to protect our Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, Tjobs.eu reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which an agency may send to Users to a number which Tjobs.eu deems appropriate in its sole discretion. You shall use all the Tjobs.eu services in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws and act in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.
A Job posting may not contain: (a) any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by Tjobs.eu; (b) misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in Tjobs.eu reasonable discretion; (c) the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by Tjobs.eu; (d) the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the posting; (e) more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows; (f) inaccurate, false, or misleading information; (g) material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18; (h) contact details leading the candidates to send their profiles anywhere else than the Tjobs.eu platform; (i) less than 200 characters. You may not use Your Tjobs.eu services to: (a) post jobs in a manner that does not comply with your applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, protection of the citizens working abroad, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property; (b) post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or national, federal, state or local government contract; (c) post jobs that include any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job; (d) with respect to Profiles, determine a consumer's eligibility for: (i) credit or insurance for person, family, or household purposes; (ii) employment; or (iii) a government license of benefit; (e) post jobs or other advertisements for competitors of Tjobs.eu or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with Tjobs.eu; (f) sell, promote or advertise products or services (other than those related with the Tjobs.eu site); (g) post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement; (h) post any business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents; (i) post any business opportunity that pays commission only unless the posting clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling; (j) promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment which is generally indicated by any relevant law or regulation; (k) advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature; (l) request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy; (m) endorse a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue; (n) promote a particular religion; (o) post jobs located in countries subject to economic sanctions of the international and/or European and/or US organizations; (p) except where allowed by applicable law, post jobs which require the applicant to provide information relating to his/her (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or (vii) age. Tjobs.eu reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Tjobs.eu Sites, which in the reasonable exercise of Tjobs.eu discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that Tjobs.eu believes is not in the best interest of Tjobs.eu. If at any time during Your use of the Tjobs.eu Services, You made a misrepresentation of fact to Tjobs.eu or otherwise misled Tjobs.eu in regards to the nature of Your business activities, Tjobs.eu will have grounds to terminate Your use of Tjobs.eu Services.
Use of the Tjobs.eu profile Database by a Company user: You shall use the Tjobs.eu profile Database as provided in these Terms & Conditions. You shall use the Tjobs.eu profile Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from Tjobs.eu profile Database to any third party, unless You are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, temporary employment or other agency or corporate recruiter using the profile explicitly for employment purposes. You shall take physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from Tjobs.eu profile Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You shall not share profile Database login credentials with any other party. The Tjobs.eu profile Database shall not be used: (a) for any purpose other than as an agency seeking employees, including but not limited to advertising promotions, products, or services to any profile holders; (b) to make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to profile holders or to contact any individual unless they have agreed to be contacted (where consent is required or, if express consent is not required, who has not informed you that they do not want to be contacted), or (c) to source candidates or to contact job seekers or profile holders in regards to career fairs and business opportunities prohibited by the Terms. In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our Companys, Tjobs.eu reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including profile views) that may be accessed by You in any given time period. These limits may be amended in Tjobs.eu’s sole discretion from time to time.
You, the Company, are allowed to provide candidate profiles with informed consent of the specific candidates. At the moment you upload those profiles you explicitly confirm that you have the respective candidate agreement, based on the personal data processing protection law and requirements. At the same time, Tjobs.eu sends a request to the candidate (by e-mail or SMS) for the profile upload confirmation. When a candidate does not confirm the upload, the respective profile cannot be set as public in the Tjobs.eu profile database and shall remain as private and anonymous until the confirmation from the respective candidate has been received. A profile not set as public cannot be set as ReadyToWork and shall therefore not be available for search results or matching criteria.

5. User Content and Submissions
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through a Tjobs.eu Site ("User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through Tjobs.eu and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through Tjobs.eu, you grant Tjobs.eu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through Tjobs.eu. In addition, by submitting, posting or displaying User Content which is intended to be available to the general public, you grant Tjobs.eu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content for the purpose of promoting Tjobs.eu and its services. Tjobs.eu will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from Tjobs.eu. Tjobs.eu reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion. You also represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, or that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant, the license stated above. If You post User Content in any public area of any Tjobs.eu Site, You also permit any User to access, display, view, store and reproduce such User Content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such User Content placed on any Tjobs.eu Site retains any and all rights that may exist in such User Content. Tjobs.eu may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any of the Tjobs.eu Sites. Tjobs.eu reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Tjobs.eu Sites and/or use of Tjobs.eu Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Tjobs.eu may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for Tjobs.eu, damage Tjobs.eu’s brand or public image, or cause Tjobs.eu to lose Users or (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. Tjobs.eu does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content, derivative works from User Content, or any other communications posted by Users nor does Tjobs.eu endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at Your own risk. The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited on the Application. The list below is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all prohibited User Content. Content that: is implicitly or explicitly offensive, such as User Content that engages in, endorses or promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of any group or individual involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, "spamming" or "phishing" promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous promotes or endorses an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images displays or links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18 provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, including without limitation, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating any media solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other Users Any Profile You submit must describe You, an individual person. Examples of inappropriate and prohibited Profiles include, but are not limited to, Profiles that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual that is not You. In order to protect our Tjobs.eu Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, Tjobs.eu reserves the right to restrict the number of emails or other messages which a User may send to other Users to a number which Tjobs.eu deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Profiles derived from User Content may also be made available through the Tjobs.eu Sites. As a result, Tjobs.eu is not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of agencies to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and Tjobs.eu makes no representations about any jobs, profiles or User Content on the Tjobs.eu Sites. While Tjobs.eu reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, profiles or other material from the Tjobs.eu Sites from time to time, Tjobs.eu does not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
