We are currently seeking two individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our team as Silo Maintenance Worker on behalf of our client. As a Silo Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for providing service and maintenance to silos at a leading livestock feed manufacturer. This position requires close collaboration with your colleague, strict adherence to safety protocols, and no fear of heights.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper cleaning of silos by removing leftover residues and dislodging any stuck materials.
- Work closely with your colleague to maintain a safe working environment, taking turns keeping watch while the other is inside the silo.
- Travel to various locations in the Netherlands using a company vehicle, which requires a valid driving licence.
- Utilize lifting and securing equipment and wear a pressurized helmet to prevent inhalation of dust particles, ensuring safety while working inside the silo.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and alternate tasks with your colleague.
