More and more people are using our coolers. Your day consists of assembling various types of coolers, together with your colleagues. Good contact with colleagues is therefore important. Your work is varied, and because we produce serially, there is always routine and regularity. If you have two right hands and an affinity with technology, you can master the work in no time. We consider prior knowledge or training less important. Where necessary, you will follow a number of courses from Van West Koeltechniek (for example about F- gasses). We think it is more important that you have an optimistic and positive attitude, so that you quickly become a valued part of our team.
We produce approximately 20 different types of coolers in the small segment between 100 watts and 2 kW. At Van West Koeltechniek BV, quality comes first, which is why we have built up a large regular customer base. In addition, we work according to the LEAN method and efficiency, evaluation and development play an important role in the production process.
