About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Medior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. This position offers the flexibility of partially remote work, with occasional presence required in our Târgu Mureș office.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor active job postings, process applications, and present eligible candidates to clients.
Pre-screen newly registered candidates via social media and the TjobsEU platform.
Complete and optimize candidate profiles, ensuring they meet the criteria for shortlisting.
Support retention efforts by addressing and resolving incidents involving hired candidates.
Post job openings on Facebook to attract a wider pool of candidates.
 
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9 AM till 5 PM (Romanian time), 40 hours per week.
Availability on weekends to support candidates traveling to their work destination.
 
Requirements:
2-5 years of recruitment experience; prior experience in blue-collar recruitment is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong result orientation and a proactive attitude.
