JOB DESCRIPTION
- Apply industrial paint or coatings to surfaces such as metal, concrete, or machinery.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming before painting.
- Wear proper safety equipment, such as masks, gloves, and protective suits, to avoid exposure to fumes and
chemicals.
- Follow technical specifications and instructions to ensure proper coating application.
- Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality, thickness, and even coverage.
- Maintain painting tools and spray equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with your team to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience as spray painter
- You speak and write English fluently.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools with a focus on safety.
- Familiar with industrial safety practices and procedures.
- Able to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions. 
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality in every task.
- You are self-confident and perform well under pressure.
- You have a valid driving license.
- You are willing to move to the Netherlands.
- VCA basic.
