Work in a prefab concrete factory as a mold conversion carpenter. Converting pre-manufactured molds based on technical drawing. Making adjustments to molds using auxiliary fixtures. Identifying bottlenecks and reporting them promptly to your direct supervisor.
Experience needed: 
Experienced carpenter in prefab with straight walls
Able to read technical drawings 
Creating cut-outs and recesses
Modifying and reconfiguring existing molds
