Reinforcement Steel Fixer – Precast Concrete Factory
 
Job Description
For a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the Netherlands, we are looking for experienced Reinforcement Steel Fixers to join the production team.
As a Reinforcement Steel Fixer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing steel reinforcement cages and meshes used in the production of precast concrete elements. You will work from technical drawings and ensure that all reinforcement structures meet the required specifications and quality standards.
 
Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting technical and reinforcement drawings.
Cutting, bending, and assembling reinforcing steel bars and meshes.
Building reinforcement cages for precast concrete elements.
Positioning and securing reinforcement according to specifications.
Working closely with concrete production teams.
Performing quality checks on completed reinforcement structures.
Maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
 
Requirements
Experience as a Reinforcement Steel Fixer, Steel Fixer, or Ironworker.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Experience in the precast concrete industry is an advantage.
Good technical insight and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license is preferred.
English communication skills.
