We are seeking a Trainee Solar-Panel Fitter to join our team for various projects. As a trainee, you will be working alongside experienced solar-panel fitters and will be responsible for carrying and sorting materials, passing them to other team members, and learning how to connect panels.
Responsibilities: carry and sort materials; pass materials to other team members; learn how to connect panels; ensure a high level of safety standards and practices are followed at all times; comply with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures; work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow; perform other related duties as required; 

Requirements: good communication skills in English, German, or Dutch; Private vehicle/transport or a driver’s license; diligence, honesty, and a desire to learn and grow
