We are looking for a chef's assistant for several hotels in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Belgium.
Your tasks: Creative co-design of all food offerings; working in the à la carte, breakfast, event, day and evening business; preparing the mise en place; supporting the kitchen team in all common activities; daily hygienic cleaning of cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and the storage area; compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your profile: you master German, English or Dutch languages; you are a real team player; cooking is your passion; completed vocational; training as a chef or first work experience; commitment and creativity.
