About the Project

For our client, we are carrying out electrical refit works on an existing cruise ship. The tasks are straightforward but require skilled hands: replacing fixtures, lighting, switches, and connecting/replacing cables.
We are looking for teams of 3–4 experienced electricians. Experience can come from residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work.
In a team of 4, at least 3 must speak English; one electrician with limited English is acceptable.
Teams should be motivated, safety-conscious, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

Install, inspect, and repair electrical systems onboard during refit operations
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Replace outdated or damaged components (switchboards, lighting systems, control panels)
Perform cable pulling, termination, and equipment connections
Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure safe, timely completion
Adhere to shipyard safety regulations and protocols
Document work performed and report progress to supervisors

What we offer

A 2-month project with a high-profile client in the maritime sector
Opportunity for follow-up projects after completion
Professional and supportive working environment
Chance to work in an international setting with skilled teams

Requirements
Proven experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial background accepted)
Ability to work from technical drawings and electrical schematics
At least 2 team members (per group) with good English communication skills
Valid certifications and tools are an advantage
Team spirit, adaptability, and commitment to safety
