Job Opportunity: Allround Groundworker (Netherlands)
Are you ready for a stable job with great earning potential? As a Groundworker, you will work in civil engineering (soil, road, sewer, and cable systems) and quickly grow into a skilled professional.
👉 What you’ll do
Support excavator work and perform manual tasks (entry level).
Set out digging lines and use lasers to determine exact depth.
Install sewer pipes, underground cables, and street drains.
Specialize in concrete sewer systems, sheet piling, and more.
Direct the excavator operator — you give the instructions, they do the heavy work.
👉 Salary (net, all-in incl. allowances & holiday pay)
Beginner: €600 – €680 per week (€15–17/hour)
Growing: €680 – €720 per week (€17–18/hour)
Skilled: €720 – €760 per week (€18–19/hour)
Specialized: €720 – €840 per week (€19–21/hour)
Allround: €840+ per week (€21+/hour)
Self-employed (ZZP): €32 – €41/hour
