PACKER IN LAUNDRY WITH DUTCH / ENGLISH

 

Location: Den Bosch, Netherlands
Industry: Laundry / Textile Services
Team: ~75% women

 

You will be responsible for packing and organizing clean laundry for delivery, ensuring all items meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires previous packing experience, the ability to work fast, and good communication skills in Dutch (A2–B1 minimum) or English.

 

DAILY TASKS:
Packing and sorting clean laundry according to client specifications
Performing quality checks to ensure correct labeling, quantity, and condition
Preparing items for delivery: folding, organizing, and packaging
Working efficiently to meet high production targets
Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation

 

INFORMATION:
Experience required: 9-12 months in a similar packing role (in one job).
There is no time for basic training — only candidates who already know packing work will be accepted.
Language: Dutch A2–B1 (mandatory) or good English
Work environment: Fast-paced, mostly female team (approx. 75%)
Shifts: Two-shift system (06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00)
Salary: According to collective labor agreement + shift allowances
Bonus: Shift allowances depending on company policy

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven packing experience (minimum 9-12 months, stable employment)
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
Physical readiness for standing, repetitive tasks, and handling light loads
Good communication in Dutch (A2–B1) or English
Reliability and willingness to commit long-term
