Our candidates are committed to travel to the country of work by him/herself or with a team of candidates prior to the start date. 

We offer our customers an easy-to-use and GDPR proof platform to keep track of your candidates: Shortlist, Hired, Refused & Out of Service. We introduce ReadyToWork candidates only. This means that the candidate applied to your job or a similar job and he/she was contacted & pre-screened by our service consultant. Your day-to-day contact with your service consultant is through our Timeline and WhatsApp. Your time is preferably used for the intake of new projects and organization of accommodation. Our Quality of Service is designed for candidate introductions, logistics & retention. With the support of our service consultants, you are more visible to your clients and you can add more value by being of service whilst your TjobsEU takes care of your candidates.

TjobsEU Timeline: all you need to know

In this blog we explain how the TjobsEU community uses the timeline and how our consultants inform you about the status and background info of our ReadyToWork candidates. 

TjobsEU platform is a GDPR proof solution that enables job seekers and employers to engage into an employment relationship. Our clients, mainly staffing companies from the Netherlands, use our platform to view candidate profiles and to secure the status of their relationship.

Our screening & retention activities are supported by the TjobsEU Timeline on the candidate profile and allow both our consultants and the staffing company to collaborate securely and effectively with the aim of getting candidates hired. Whenever we are adding information on the timeline of the candidate, our consultant shares this information directly with your team. After the information is processed, our users give feedback on the timeline as well. In this way, we build up valuable information about the candidates in chronological order.

Continuity of work

Whenever you want to see what has been communicated about the candidate, you can easily have a look on the timeline so you don’t have to search through Whatsapp groups which usually contain obsolete information. Whenever you are on sick leave or holidays, your colleagues from your team can take-over your projects and read back on what was communicated between you and our consultants.

Our consultants introduce ReadyToWork candidates for your job openings. During screening, the candidate indicates if he works independently or as part of a team. So how does this work?

When searching for candidates, you can select your job post or a ReadyToWork candidate profile. Both job-post results and ReadyToWork profile results, display matching candidate profiles and could potentially become team members. If the candidate prefers to work as a team, we also screen his team colleagues and link them to each other in your account. In this way, you also have direct access to more candidate profiles that match your requirements. We display matching profiles but also candidates without a car for example, if the already selected candidate has a car. In this way, it becomes way easier to find teams that match. 

After you’ve made your selection, we support you on team configuration. Our consultants screen team members to ensure that they are complementary to each other.  If the teams are set up, you can view all team members on each individual candidate profile. Let’s get that team hired!

Once the customer has confirmed, we are here to help you with communication, logistics and any questions you may have.

Collaborating towards success: sharing information is key! 

In this blog, we inform you about how we deal with a sensitive subject: sharing contact details of potential candidates before employment. Sending CV’s through email is very 2009-ish and certainly a difficult issue due to the GDPR regulations. Surely you want to build your own database of candidates but if they did not opt-in for your registration, you need to delete the candidates’ contact info after 6 weeks. At the same time, you want to be updated about the status of your pending candidates and be sure that you are not eligible for penalties under the GDPR regulations.

Here is where we can make a difference.

At introduction, the candidate contact details are hidden on the profile. You decide if the information on the profile is worthwhile to get in touch with the candidate. If your Profile Update Request is accepted by the candidate , we open the contact details for you. Being able to retrieve information saved at one single point  is very important in our collaboration.
