As Chef de cuisine you are in control and you have a good helicopter view; You have what it takes to motivate and manage your team; you have the ability to think conceptually and present dishes in the right way; you are creative, in a good mood and always see opportunities and possibilities; You are ultimately responsible on the floor and, together with your team, you guarantee quality on all fronts; you are a real team player and as a person you add your own unique ingredients to our team; you can't wait to build your future and gain stability at the same time.

You have a diploma as an independent working cook; You have experience in a similar position or 5 years of experience as a sous chef and are ready for the next step; you are in possession of the Social Hygiene certificate (or willing to get it); You are up to date with the HACCP guidelines; you are a teacher or want to become one with us; you are flexible on weekends and holidays; you have a good command of the English language, as you work in an international team; You are in possession of an EU passport.
