Experienced printer (flexographic and gravure printing), Rotterdam

We have a company car and a single room for you about 35 km from the workplace. You will work in a nice team in a professional company for a longer period of time. They are currently looking for experienced, disciplined and motivated printer's. Working 36 hours over 3 shifts.
Morning shift Monday to Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Fridays 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Fridays 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Night shift Monday to Thursday 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for quality and quantity of production
- Approving products
- Stopping the machine in the event of quality deviations, technical problems or dangerous situations
- Performing tasks from the cooperating foreman in accordance with BRC/company regulations and safety rules
- Convertising, setting, adjusting and running machines according to the order form, process sheet and specified schedule
- Carrying out associated order administration
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and surroundings
- Monitoring safety around machinery and taking corrective action where necessary
- Performing other production activities as directed by the immediate supervisor
- Daily management of the printing press assistant
- Replacing the operator’s duties in case of his/her absence

Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have technical knowledge and skills
- You have good communication skills in English or Dutch
- You are responsible, accurate and disciplined
- You have problem-solving skills
- You have an active driving license
- You are ethical with a goal-oriented attitude

We offer:
- Salary +/- minimum €2200 net per month in our accommodation – minimum €2738 net per month if you have your own accommodation, based on 36 hours
- Salary +/- € 632 net per week, own accommodation
- Salary +/- € 508 net per week after deduction of accommodation, health care insurance & taxes
- Salary +/- €16,61 - €20,67 gross per hour + 20% shift allowance
- Steady job, 36 hours per week
