Job description

At our client in Vlissingen, you will work on challenging steel constructions where there is no room for mistakes. You are a skilled professional who independently performs high-quality welding work on carbon steel (S235–S460) with thicknesses from 3 to 130 mm. From full penetration welds to fillet welds – nothing is too difficult for you.

What you will do:

Welding with FCAW 136 & 138 in various positions (4G & 6G) according to WPS

Performing gouging work (extensive experience required)

Working according to strict safety and project specifications

Contributing to a safe, efficient, and collegial work environment

What you bring:

At least 5 years of experience as a welder

Valid certificates according to EN-ISO 9606-1 (EN-287-1 / AWS D1.1 is a plus)

Experience with gouging

Valid VCA Basic certificate

Good command of Dutch or English (Dutch is a plus)

Willingness to work in shifts and do overtime

Flexible, hands-on mentality and strong team spirit
